At Sports Basement, we want you to love your gear, which is why we offer a flexible return policy for both new and gently used items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 90 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Items

  Gather your items and ensure all original tags are attached; for mail-in returns, please include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email.

  Choose Your Method

  Decide whether to visit one of our retail locations for an immediate exchange or use our online portal to generate a prepaid shipping label for a mail-in return.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Bring your items to the register at any Sports Basement store or drop off your labeled package at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
